Why do you need to collect my personal information?
When you place an order with us we collect certain personal information from you, for example, your name, postal address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and credit/debit card numbers. We use this information to identify you as a customer, to process your order to deliver products, to process payments and to update our records. We also use this information to generally manage your account with us and to provide you with information about our products.
We will also collect personal information from you at other times, such as if you register to receive email updates from us or to enter a competition (even if you do not place an order with us). This will be used to provide you with information about our products.
Sometimes we may ask you for other details, for example product size and category preferences, age and any special dates (such as birthday and anniversary). Entering a competition
If you enter a competition, information is collected to check the entry. It may also be used to contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. Is there any other information you collect about me?
We may monitor or record your communications with us, for quality control and training purposes. We will at all times comply with the requirements of KENYA Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept appropriately secure and processed fairly and lawfully. Our website may also use a website recording service which may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms. Data collected by this service is used to improve our website usability. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting, and is not shared with anybody else.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information that is held about you. Jersey Store Kenya may charge a small fee towards the cost of administering any request you make; the current charge is Ksh 1000.
